Q: How do I make a referral for VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES ?

A: You can make a referral direct to VOCA-VR by completing our referral form, available for download direct from our website, www.voca-vr.co.uk. Please send your referral forms and supporting documentation by post or secure email to the address below;

We recommend that referral documents are sent recorded delivery.

Q: How will I know that you have received our referral?

A: As part of our service standards, we acknowledge referrals and allocate your case to the most appropriate case manager within 1 day. We automatically call the referrer to acknowledge receipt and to discuss the case further.

Q: How long does it take to complete the report?

A: You can read all of our service standards on our website; we aim to have reports completed and sent to the referrer within 15 days of client contact.

Q: How much do you charge for your VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION services?

A: We offer innovative ways of promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace. Our specialist team of case managers are able to offer a free consultation to employers to assess your unique needs. Q: I have an urgent need FOR SOME VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT to support an employee, what can you do to help?

A: VOCA-VR has experience in providing crisis intervention; our team are on-call to help employers that have an urgent need. If you have an urgent need, you can contact our crisis intervention team on 07986 553 121. If your emergency is of an immediate medical nature, please contact the appropriate emergency services.
